Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. During peak periods, processing times may take longer. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the following business day.

Delivery is typically completed within 48 hours after payment is received. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, we will promptly contact the customer regarding the updated delivery timeline.

We currently ship to Hong Kong only. Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes upon delivery. Certain products may be restricted from shipping to some locations due to regulatory reasons.
