Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
You may request a refund only if the box is unopened and before signing the receipt. Certain goods, including custom or clearance items, are non-refundable
Refund Process and Timeline
To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
Refund Exceptions and Special Cases
Please note that gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health or personal care items are exempt from refunds. If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement or refund
